Delivery & Returns

PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our site is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Payments are processed using Stripe, a secure and trusted online gateway. DELIVERY & SHIPPING: We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. International orders may take slightly longer to arrive, so please allow 14-21 days. Occasionally items may take slightly longer but we’ll endeavour to let you know if this is the case. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund.

We pack all of our products carefully, in sustainable packaging wherever possible, to make sure they arrive in great condition. Prints up to A3 will always be sent out flat. Postage and packaging is calculated prior to checkout and will vary depending on the contents of your order and the delivery destination.

All orders are sent by courier or by Royal Mail.

International orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is to be made in British pounds sterling. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.

PRICES & VAT: All prices on our site are subject to change at any time.

RETURNS: We hope that you will love your Pulp Haus purchase. If, however, you are unsatisfied with it or believe it to be faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch and we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange. Email us at orders@pulphaus.uk.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include a proof of purchase/receipt. Please return items to Returns Department, Pulp Haus Ltd, 9 Raynham Close, Bishop’s Stortford, CM235PJ, United Kingdom. Any costs incurred to return items are non-refundable. If you are returning an item(s) worth over £50 we recommend using a trackable postage service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received it. Should we accept your refund request we will notify you as such, after which your refund will be processed. A credit will then be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt of your return, minus the original postage costs.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
— Gift vouchers
— Sale items
— Personalised items (unless faulty).
